Terms of Service

1. About This Service

This platform enables customers to place pickup orders from participating restaurants. Each restaurant operates independently in a multi-tenant environment and is responsible for its own menu, pricing, order acceptance, preparation, pickup, and customer service. The purchase contract for food and beverages is concluded directly between you and the selected restaurant. The platform provides the technical infrastructure and payment facilitation.

2. Pre‑contract Information and Ordering Steps

Before placing an order, you can review item details, options, quantities, and the total price (including taxes where applicable). The ordering flow is: select items → customize → review cart → provide required information (e.g. name, phone) → pay → receive confirmation with order number. You can correct input errors at any time before payment is submitted.

3. Prices, Taxes and Fees

Prices are shown in the local currency and include VAT where applicable. Any additional fees will be shown clearly before checkout. The final payable amount is displayed prior to confirming your order.

4. Payment and Confirmation

Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. Your order is deemed accepted once you receive the on‑screen confirmation and/or a confirmation message. The restaurant may decline orders due to unavailability or other legitimate reasons; any captured payment for declined orders will be released or refunded.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (as implemented in your country), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and to goods made to the consumer’s specifications (Article 16). Prepared food and beverages typically fall under these exceptions. Accordingly, once an order has been accepted for preparation, it cannot be cancelled under the statutory withdrawal rules. If you placed an order by mistake, please contact the restaurant immediately; goodwill adjustments are at the restaurant’s discretion.

6. Pickup, Timing, and Availability

Pickup times provided are estimates. The restaurant is responsible for preparing your order for pickup. If you are delayed, contact the restaurant. If the restaurant cannot fulfill the order, you will be informed and any payment will be released or refunded.

7. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and comply with local laws. Keep your order information secure and notify us promptly of any suspected misuse. Abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity may result in access being restricted.

8. Liability and Platform Role

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection laws, the platform is not a party to the sale contract between you and the restaurant and is not responsible for the quality or safety of menu items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For issues about food quality, timing, or pickup, please contact the restaurant first. For technical or payment issues, contact platform support via the Contact page. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ODR platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If any provision is invalid under mandatory law, the remainder remains in effect.
